The questions we get at the desk every day, answered before you arrive.

• Are you a gym or an escape room?

  Neither. Sector 7 is an active arcade: fourteen spy-themed rooms you run, climb, dodge and solve your way through, scored on a watch you wear. There is no trainer and no coach, and there is no single locked room to talk your way out of. Think of it as a games arcade you play with your whole body.

• Do I play one room or all of them?

  All of them. You book an hour of floor time, not a room, and for that hour every room and every game mode inside it is open to you. Play a room once, play it three times, skip one entirely — it is your hour.

• What ages is it suitable for?

  We take players as young as seven or eight as long as someone comes on the floor with them. That is not a safety cut-off, it is a practical one: below that age the games get hard to follow and some targets are simply mounted higher than a small child can reach. Above it, adults and kids play the same rooms together, because every game mode starts at level one and steps up only as you clear it. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to accept the player terms.

• What should I wear?

  Closed-toe trainers and clothes you can move freely in. You will be running, crouching and reaching, so leave loose jewellery, watches and anything in your pockets in storage before you start. Socks are required if you would rather play without shoes in the softer rooms.

• Do you have women-only hours?

  Yes. Mondays from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM the whole floor is women-only, and the booking page flags the slot before you send your request so nobody arrives on the wrong day by accident. Hours can change with the season, so the times shown on the booking page are always the ones we are running.

• How private is it outside women-only hours?

  Every room is a sealed room. The door locks behind your group when you start and stays locked until you choose to come out, so nobody walks in on your session, watches from a doorway or films you mid-game at any hour of any day. The only shared spaces are the lobby and the lounge.

• Do you have any discounts?

  The per-person rate drops as your group grows, so the bigger the squad the less each agent pays — the calculator on the pricing page shows the rate for your headcount. Birthdays, schools, corporate days and private buyouts are quoted separately.

• Do you accept Urban Point, Classmate or Tistahal?

  Not yet. We are working on joining those programmes and will announce it here and on our social channels the moment a card works at our desk.

• Do you have other branches?

  No. Sector 7 is one venue at Mall of Qatar, run by a family, not a franchise chain. We are open to franchising outside Doha, though — if that is why you are asking, send us a note and we will take it from there.
